Hi! I'm Char LaDronka, co-QB of the Snowflake Quilters.  I live in Grand Haven, MI with my DH of 24 years, Harry, and 2 very spoiled dogs Fred, a Yorkie, and Strider, a German short-hair pointer/Dalmatian 80 pound LAP dog.

My oldest son, Jeremy (28), his wife, Christy, and my first and most adorable grandchild on earth, Sammy, live near Detroit.  He's a Middle School assistant principal in the Waterford school district, and she is a Certified Social Worker for Easter Seals.  My youngest son, Jamie (22), is a Senior at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids and visits quite a bit with laundry and an empty wallet!  He will graduate this December and get married 2 weeks after graduation.

I've been sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidering, and cross stitching as long as I can remember, but just started quilting a few years ago, when I joined this guild.  I am self-taught and still have a LOT to learn.  I still have one of each craft going at all times, but can't give anything up!  I have enjoyed being a part of the guild and of this particular hive each year.  I've made a lot of great friends and look forward to spending time chatting, learning, and sharing chocolate and friendships with each other.
