·         4 - 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Level off. In a large bowl---2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add hot water, margarine and eggs. Mix at Low speed until moistened. Beat 2 min. at med speed. Stir in the rest of the flour to form stiff dough. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 4 days.

Grease 2 8" - 9" round pans. On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 4 equal parts. Cut each part into 6 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Place 12 balls in greased pan. Brush with melted margarine. Cover loosely. Let rise until doubled (45 - 60 min.) Bake at 375 for 18-28 min.

For the HERB Rolls, add the herbs lists to the left to the flour mixture.

Then proceed with the rest of the instructions for the dough.

SUPER SECRET HERE!!!

If you have a bread machine, follow the instructions with the machine for the DOUGH only setting. It really makes it easy to make the dough and does it so quickly.
Just remember to add the yeast last and keep it away from the liquids. Also, no need to heat the water if you are using the bread machine.
