Recipe Number 1        First Pasta Salad of Summer

Directions:

·         Veggie Twist Pasta

 

·         Dill pickle

·         Onion

·         Tomato

·         Cuke (cucumber

·         Black Olive

·         Yellow Pepper

·         Cheese

·         Pepperoni

·         Italian Dressing

 

Recipe Number 2           Garden Rotini

Ingredients:

Directions:

·         16 oz rotini pasta (may use the colored or plain)

Cook pasta
add olive oil (this keeps it from sticking together)
Mix together mayonnaise,
Dijon mustard, milk, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Mix well into the pasta. Add remaining ingredients.

·         2 Tablespoons olive oil

·         1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

·         2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

·         2 Tablespoons milk

·         1 Tablespoon lemon juice

·         1/2 teaspoon salt

·         1/2 teaspoon pepper

·         3 cups diced ham (3/4 lb)

·         2 cups diced turkey

·         2 cups shredded cheese (mixture: Swiss, jack & cheddar)

·         1 pint cherry tomato

·         1 large bell pepper

·         3 1/2 oz sliced black olives

Recipe Number 3                Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

·         1 (lb) box pasta (any kind works)

cook pasta as directed. place in a bowl. add salad dressing. mix. sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 jar seasoning to pasta mix. season to taste. toss in vegetables. may be served hot or cold. toss in grilled chicken breast for an easy summer main dish.

·         McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning

·         1/2 cup chopped red onions

·         1 cup diced fresh tomato

·         1 cup sliced black olives

·         1 cup Ken's Italian dressing
