The Nimble Quilting Divas came into existence in the spring of 2004 when Cyber Friends Quilt Guild was formed. In 2006, in addition to our Texas, Maine, and Canadian members, we were excited to add members from Mississippi, Missouri, and New Zealand.

The most exciting part has been the deepening of friendships that not only cross state lines and country borders, but also crosses oceans. When any one of us faces a loss, we all grieve. When any one has joy, we all rejoice.

Many of us have met at our Guild Thanksgiving dinners in Tyler, Texas. We just wish that all of us could meet in person.

In 2005, we participated in a seasonal wallhanging swap. In 2006, we made seasonal tablerunners to swap with our Diva sisters. We also send each other birthday fat quarters and meet with those nearby as often as we can.

We keep in touch constantly via e-mail. Some have been able to meet while on vacation.
