Hi,

I was unable to have children but have 2 fur babies Cody a 10 pound poodle mix and Holly a 50 pound Queensland Blue Heeler mix.

I started quilting in 1987 when I had 3 stepchildren and had a lot of fabric laying around from their clothes I made for them.  I am self-taught reading every library book on quilting that I could find and watching every quilt show on TV.  I have learned the most over the past 5 years after joining some online quilt groups.  Still learning but I have come a long way. 

I work at home as a medical transcriptionist and just recently cut my hours to 24 hrs weekly which gives me a lot more time to quilt.

I have a Grace frame and a new Juki for the Grace that I got 2 Christmases ago and have yet to use  but now that I am working part-time hope to get to use it in the next couple of weeks after I finish up my swaps.
